"Exchange Took Longer Than Expected"
I did get it exchanged in the end, but it took longer than I’m used to. Compared to other places where exchanges are usually quick, this felt like more of a hassle than it needed to be.

"Got it fixed, but the back-and-forth was tiring"
I reached out to westcottdesigns.net because a page update on my site wasn’t showing up properly. The support person did get back to me and was polite, so I’ll give them that. But the waiting between replies wore me down a bit, especially since I had to explain the same issue more than once. They did fix it in the end, so it wasn’t a disaster or anything. I’m just kind of tired of support chats that drag on longer than they need to. Faster responses and clearer instructions would’ve made the whole thing a lot less annoying.

I wasn’t totally sure at first, because I always overthink these things, like, I’ll compare prices, read reviews, then randomly wonder if I even need it. But after using it, yeah, I’d say it’s worth the money. It does what I hoped it would, and I didn’t feel like I wasted my cash, which is really the main thing

I ordered parts from westcottdesigns.net a little while ago, and after driving with them for a few weeks now, I’d say the ride quality is decent overall. Right away, I noticed the truck felt firmer and more planted on the road, which I actually like. Over time though, I also started noticing it feels a bit rougher over small bumps than I was expecting. It’s not terrible by any means, just not quite as smooth as I hoped it would be. For the price, I think it’s okay, but after living with it for a bit, I’m not totally sold yet.

"Quick and Easy Help"

"Really happy with it so far"
I just got a few hardware pieces from Westcott Designs recently, so the install is still fresh in my mind. First impression was really good, the metal has some weight to it and definitely doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy.
The finish looked clean right out of the box with no weird marks or rough spots, and everything fit the way it was supposed to. That made the install a lot less frustrating than I was expecting.
I’ve only been using it for a little bit, but so far nothing has loosened up, rattled, or given me any reason to complain. Based on how it’s been holding up recently, I’d be comfortable buying from them again.

"Loved being able to customize it"
I really liked how many custom options there were. Like, I could pick what I wanted without overthinking it, and it actually felt more personal that way. The whole process was simple too, which I appreciate because sometimes these sites get confusing fast. Anyway, it was easy to use, lots of choices, and I’d definitely use Westcott Designs again.

"Fit my truck perfectly the first time!"
I ordered the parts for my exact year and trim, and they fit just like they were supposed to :) No guessing, no weird modifications, nothing complicated. I was happy with how accurate the fitment info was!

I’m only commenting on the design. The site looks really clean. It’s easy to browse too. The colors feel calm. The layout isn’t too busy. It has a modern look, but it doesn’t feel like it’s trying too hard. Overall, I really liked the style

"Looks fine, but the finish could be better"
It looks okay overall, and it still does what I needed it to do, but I did notice a few rough spots in the finish. It’s not a dealbreaker, just one of those little things that makes you think about what you’re paying for. For the price, I expected it to feel a bit more polished

The site works fine most of the time. A few pages did feel a bit slow to load for me though... not a huge issue, just noticeable. Nothing actually broke or stopped working, so that was good. I guess I just expected it to feel a little smoother. Overall, it does the job okay...

"Super easy setup"
Installing it was painless. I expected at least one annoying step, but it just worked. I did check with support beforehand and they basically said, “just follow the setup prompts and you should be good,” which turned out to be true. No headache at all.

"Held Up Great in Moab"
Took the Westcott kit out for a rough weekend in Moab i’m impressed. We hit rocks, washboard roads, and a couple bumps hard enough to make me question my life choices for a second. But the kit held up great. Nothing came loose, no weird rattles afterward, and everything still looks straight and solid. Shipping was a little slow, which was annoying, but once the parts showed up, they felt legit.

"Item was fine, packaging could be better"
The packaging was okay, I guess, but not amazing. The box showed up a little dented, which made me kind of worry at first, but thankfully the item inside was totally fine. Maybe I'm being a bit picky, but I feel like a little more padding would help for next time.
